Equal Pay Day se stal prostorem, ve kterém je hlas žen silně slyšet.

Česká republika má pátý nejvyšší rozdíl v platech mužů a žen v EU ve výši 18,9 % oproti unijnímu průměru 14,1 %. Příčiny, důsledky a nástroje pro narovnání komunikujeme odborně se systémovým projektem 22 % K ROVNOSTI.

Publicita 12. ročníku vykazuje přes 52 externích mediálních výstupů v 6 měsíční kampani. Hlavní mediální partner TV Nova pozval 6 hostů do Snídaně s Novou a publikoval 4 články na tn.cz. Celková hodnota komunikace EPD podle mediaplánu na rok 2020 byla vyčíslena agenturou Wunderman Thompson na 3,5 milionu Kč » Pro média

Čas účastnic věnovaný EPD byl časem věnovaným osobnímu rozvoji každé z nás. 7 dní nabídlo koncentrované studium, zkušenosti a energii. Citujeme účastnice: “Za hodinu se člověk naučí jako za celý týden na školení.” Tak pojďme společně tvořit naší budoucnost….

Kampaň i akci tvoří veřejně prospěšná organizace Business & Professional Women CR z.s. (BPWCR), jejíž celoroční projekty medializují téma rovného postavení žen ve společnosti a představují veřejnosti ženy-expertky jako stále chybějící ženské vzory. Mentoringové aktivity pak zapojují účastnice, facilitátorky, koordinátorky, mentorky i #dobroholky a posouvají ženy daleko z komfortní zóny, kde se učí v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání, podporují se a motivují k dalším aktivitám.
